joined Real Time Companies (RTCo) an Aerospace Engineering Consulting Services Company in 2012. Michelle has 26 years of experience in Financial and Operational strategic planning and execution. She is responsible for every aspect of the business including HR, Facilities, IT, Procurement, Legal, Business Development Management, Marketing/ Social Media/Branding and Administration.
In 2016 she was awarded CFO of the Year by Financial Executives International, and in 2017 she was recognized as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal. She has received numerous Financial Leadership nominations for financial acumen and professional excellence. Her 2017 Keys to Success article was featured in the Oprah Magazine’s Leading Women in Business, as well as in Fortune Magazine.
She is known as a turn-around expert who solves business puzzles through establishing trust organization wide, creating diverse experiential learning opportunities, and remaining resilient through constant industry changes.
Her focus on customer service, operational efficiency and profit optimization consistently enables stability, growth, assures compliance and minimizes enterprise risk. Her effective execution with re-engineering processes and management of high-performing work teams consistently result in cost alignment, efficient workflow management, compliance and bottom line improvements.
She has been recognized for proactively identifying business needs, creating innovative strategic plans and implementing resolutions with considerate attention on human capital happiness, productivity, and stabilizing a reliable growth of operational results.
Michelle has served the business community in multiple roles, including President, on the board of the AZ Chapter of Financial Executives International (the leading international CFO professional organization) from 2009 to 2017. Throughout her career, she has served her community by consistent coordination of volunteering efforts and fund raising for food banks, children’s non-profit groups and other charities.
During her professional tenure she has held executive finance, operations and leadership positions with several startup & turnaround organizations within public Fortune 500, Venture Capital backed and privately held environments.
